All shipping is done through USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on the weight of items and the availability of services to different areas.
All normal orders will have a Flat shipping rate.
All large quantity or special orders will have a discounted or free charge, but cadwireless.com must be contacted before such deals are given.
WARRANTY:
Void by Label Tampering:
Our phones have many security features to insure the phones were purchased from CAD Wireless (C&A Wholesale, Inc.). Any tampering of this label voids all warranties. Also, any non-original parts and/or software voids all warranties.
Void of Warranty:
The handset has been exposed to water, physical damage and/or customer abuse.
30- DAY Money Back Guarantee:
To keep our customers satisfied, any purchase from CA Wireless may be returned for money back, exchanges or credit as long as the equipment is in the same condition as it was when purchased. Nothing will be missing nor has been tampered with. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date purchased. All shipping/handling/restocking fees will be at the customers expense. CA Wireless will only accept the return (s) with an RA# (Return Authorization Number). RA Numbers can be obtained by emailing customerservice@cadwireless.com and must accompany any and all returns.
90-Day Exchange & Warranty Policy:
Customers have the availability and privilege of receiving an exchange or repair on any defects that occur to the phone(s) or accessories within 90 Days of the purchase date. Missing accessories and/or parts will result in a decrease of the replacement value. If the handset becomes defective within or past the period of the warranty, the handset can be repaired at the customer's expense. Once again, CAD Wireless will only accept the return(s)/repairs with RA# which must be made before equipment is shipped back to us. Declining of any shipment(s):
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order with CAD Wireless, you must allow 24 hours prior to shipping. Otherwise, shipping/handling charges and 20% of the purchase amount (restocking fee) will be applied.
